Please note all orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We use standard SSL encryption throughout the transaction so the customer's private information can be safely processed. If there are any doubts or inquiries, you can process your order over the phone at 310.289.9209 Mondays thru Fridays 10am-6pm PST(please do not leave orders as a message, you will need a written confirmation.) Or you can print and fax your order to 310.289.9203. We take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A sales tax of 8.25% is only charged to purchases shipped to a Californian address. We only charge sales tax in the state where Vionnet is
physically present.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including ordernumber and an approximate total amount to be charged. Items arecharged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
Your freight charge will be pro-rated to the value of the shipment.

All orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase plus an additional $30.00 for customs. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped UPS Ground. All shopvionnet.com prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Shipping Policies
Once an order is placed, it would take a day for the order to be processed and checked for stock list. We ship most in-stock items within 48hours of ordering. The customer will be notified of any back-orders or items that will no longer be in stock as soon as we receive the order. At times, items ordered will not be shipped in the same package. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation as well as any shipping delays. We ship orders out on weekdays, not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday. We require a signature for all packages delivered. Please schedule accordingly when a tracking/delivery date is set and given through the confirmation email. Shipping cost are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose.
Return Policies
Vionnetboutique.com requires customers to have all returns/exchanges be authorized by requesting their return first. Please email customerservice@vionnetboutique.com with the item, brief description and date of purchased with "Return Request" in subject line.
You will receive an email within 48 hrs stating if your request is authorized, and further instructions on where and how to return your merchandise.
Please note the following guidelines before requesting a return:
*Vionnetboutique.com accepts returns within 7 days of receipt.
*All returns must not be worn, altered or washed with the tag attached in its original condition.
*We will not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, or accessories.
*Sale merchandise is final and will not be accepted as a return or exchange.
If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping charges and import duties are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement.
Pre-Order Policy
Vionnetboutique.com allows customers to pre-orders that are not currently in stock. Please note, your credit card will be charged to insure your purchase. Vionnetboutique.com ships pre-order items in the order in which it was received in. We will ship your pre-ordered item by the shipping method that you chose.
