Order Status
Most orders are shipped within estimated shipping time supplied in product descriptions on each individual product page. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter your tracking number at www.fedex.com/tracking to see the status of delivery. For further help, please email us at customerservice@vionnetboutique.com with your order confirmation number in the subject line.

Shipping Policies
Once an order is placed, it will take a day for the order to be processed and checked for stock list. We ship most in-stock items within 48hours of ordering. The customer will be notified of any back-orders or items that will no longer be in stock as soon as we receive the order. At times, items ordered will not be shipped in the same package. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation as well as any shipping delays. We ship orders out on weekdays, not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday. We require a signature for all packages delivered. Please schedule accordingly when a tracking/delivery date is set and given through the confirmation email. Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose.
